G'day, I'm Pat.

Sydney-based partner manager with a thing for planes and the outdoors.

A partner manager in tech by day, and an aviation enthusiast and tinkerer by night.

I currently recruit and grow Microsoft Partners, with deep sales-driven partnerships, team building and product evangelism. Combining technical capability, curiosity, and an outcome-driven approach, I bring a "can do" positive attitude driven to key OKRs — even through ambiguity and adversity.

I live in Sydney, and spend my weekends outdoors with family & friends, or learning to fly.

Outside of work, I serve on the boards of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance of Australia and Codess.

I love hiking, snowboarding, stargazing, and a nice oat piccolo. My motto: endlessly curious and always learning.
